Responsibilities and Duties include: Driving customer service standards Delivering sales in store and ensuring site profitabilityTraining, coaching and developing your teamMaintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to health and safety guidelinesAchieving store and company key performance indicatorsKeeping up to date with current trends, including competitor analysis.Build strong relationships with store teams / concession and buying teams. Person specification: As a Department Manager you will be: Hands on, have strong commercial acumen and be results driven.You will have experience of managing min £5million turnover in a fast paced environment. Previous experience working in the high end footwear sector would be advantageous. Someone who has passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with being customer focused.Adaptable in sometimes a fast changing environment.
