Apply now Job Purpose: Reporting to the Year End Accounts & Tax Supervisor, you are responsible for delivering accurate information in a timely manner as per the clients expectations. You will build relationships with clients, ensure all queries are responded to within service level agreements and work with your supervisor for personal development. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare year end Financial StatementsPrepare Company, Sole Trader, Partnership, personal tax returns and LLP Tax ComputationsManage your portfolio of clients and take responsibility for ensuring their year end accounts and supporting computations are prepared to a high standard in line with our SLAsKeep up to date with latest legislation and compliance through self study, attendance of seminars etc.Supporting the fundamentals of all processesFollow processes and procedures at all timesEnsure that all deadlines are met and that all correspondence is acknowledged and responded to the same dayIdentify errors / potential problems and ensure that they are resolved to the clients satisfactionEnsure that your work is checked for accuracyRespond to enquiries delegated by your supervisor or and colleaguesWork with your supervisor to review your personal development and training needsLive and breathe our business mission statement, values and beliefs Skills & Qualifications: Attention to detail and accuracyWorking knowledge of accounting systems, Digita and Sage would be advantageousExperience of completing year end accountsExperience of completing management accounts would be advantageousExcellent customer Service SkillsAbility to prioritise own workload and work well under pressureExcellent time keeping and attendanceExcellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and a willingness to develop skills and knowledge
