The role of Web Manager requires the successful candidate to manage team of creative designers. You will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the website. The Role: Demonstrate the ability to manage a team of creative designers & processes.Provide excellent management and leadership to the design team and work collaboratively with senior management and In-house product development teams.Manage multiple projects and maintain deadlinesWork with developers to enhance the websiteMaintain and update website with new content on a regular basisHave a proven record of accomplishment in building awareness and brand engagement with audiences, and raising awareness of the business's profile.Have experience in commissioning photography and creating project briefsWork with developers to resolve any bug fixes in an effective and timely mannerEnsuring that product information is delivered clearly across all individual products displayed on the webWork closely with the designers to manage content across all digital channelsManage all digital marketing campaignsBe responsible for developing all aspects of the organizations online presenceIn addition to writing, editing and proofreading site content, this person will also work closely with the product development and technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new developmentEstablish and promote design guidelines and best practices Day to Day Tasks Full management for the websiteSite Shots/Home Page/Web Banner/New Product Upload (Images/Description/Technical Info/Data Sheet/LDT Files/)/News SectionWebsite Development and bug fixingManaging the Visualizers, digital Designers and Graphic DesignerWorking directly with Product Manager to ensure all information is collated and updated on websiteProof reading and copy writing all website and digital artwork Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and managerial skillsExperience in critical thinking and problem-solving skills & excellent attention to detailExtensively organised with the ability to prioritise where necessary and multi-taskExperience in forward planning and working to deadlines in a busy environmentConfidence and experience in delegating to staffProven experience working with digital platforms - Hand coded HTML, CSSAbility to work with responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScriptJavascript/JQuery/BootstrapGood knowledge of Adobe packages, Power Point, CSS and web editingExperience within a Web Manager position or similarCommercial thinker Working Hours - Monday to Friday: 8am - 5.30pm Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
