Apply now Reporting to the Late shift Manager, the successful candidate will ideally have had supervisory experience, possess strong organisational and I.T. skills, be able to deal with problems confidently, work under pressure, plan and anticipate labour demands and motivate the workforce effectively. The main accountabilities for the successful candidate will be to: Supervise a shift of 20-25 operatives in a voice picking environmentWork closely with other shifts to ensure continuity and service excellenceManage operatives efficiency and qualityEnsure KPIs are delivered and Customer SLAs are metMaintain and uphold all policies and proceduresUse initiative to resolve operational issuesDisplay knowledge and/or experience of health and safety requirements and the ability to maintain and enforce standardsWorking hours will fall within the Nightshift window (18:00 - 06:00) MUST HAVE SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
