You must be engaging, personable, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering excellent results and driving your team to succeed through key recruitment metrics aligned to business.Responsibilities;* You will have excellent relationship building skills and effective communication skills.* Manage the sales processes, calling and meeting existing and new clients and developing sales outcomes.* Supporting and developing your team. *Meeting and exceeding branch targets and objectives.* You will partner and work with key senior leaders in the business.* Leading a team of 5 recruiters.* Influence decisions to achieve required outcomes.Essential requirements; * Management experience: minimum of 3 years.* Sales experience: minimum of 3 years.* Required licence: Driving Licence.Job Type: Full-time/ PERMANENTSalary: Basic £30,000.00 to £45,000.00 a year PLUS Bonus***Company Benefits***Company Car or Allowance20 days holiday + bank holidaysMobile Phone Company credit card for expenses
