Client Details A UK wide financial services organisation, with an excellent reputation, with key finance offices based in Leeds. Description As a Transactional Finance Manager, you will be working as part of a fast paced finance operations team, responsible for managing all payment matters with suppliers for the organisation. Duties will include, however are not limited to, ensuring controls are in place to ensure payments and made accurately and timely, producing quality MI reports for use by senior management, driving best performance across the team and answering and solving any escalated queries. You will be managing a small payments team, responsible for organising and distributing workload, conducting team meetings, and suggesting process improvements where required. Profile The successful candidate will: Have managed a small team previouslyHave a strong payments/purchase ledger/banking backgroundHave strong Excel skillsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave worked in financial services previously - desirable Job Offer £30,000 - £35,000 + generous bonus scheme + free on site parking + 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + contributory pension scheme + life assurance + healthcare
