Apply now Pro-Finance is working with a Big 4 firm based in London, assisting them to hire a Senior Manager for their high-performing Transaction Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced and talented advisors in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for leading diverse and demanding transactions for clients across a variety of industries. Specifically, you will: Gather, verify and analyse information, and formulate viewsPlan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the clientPlan and monitor the progress of the teamShare your technical and other knowledge with your team and the departmentBuild on and develop internal and external networks through personal contactsUnderstand the capabilities of the firm and look for opportunities to sell additional services to clientsPlay a role in business plan initiatives (e.g. key accounts, recruitment, client service framework)Being a true business advisor to the client and establish yourself as a key client contact Requirements: Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalentProven track record in transactions gained within a large accountancy firm, preferably Big 4Solid financial due diligence experienceExperience of successfully leading on high value Deals Excellent written and verbal communication skills In return, you will receive a competitive compensation package, best in class training and award-winning personal development programme.
