Apply now Pro-Finance is working with a mid-tier accountancy firm based in London, assisting them to hire a Manager for their successful, growing Transaction Services division. In this role, you will work with your clients throughout the transaction process to assist with their strategy, identify risks, execute the deal and help unlock the potential for growth and value creation in their organisation. Responsibilities will include: Managing and controlling financial due diligence assignmentsAssessing and refining the scope and cost of such assignmentsPreparing insightful analysis and communicating issues in a timely mannerPreparing and coordinating the preparation of reportsDelivering confident and clear presentations to clientsProviding on the job training for junior staffControlling time spent against budget and recovering unbudgeted timeAssisting with business development initiatives Requirements: Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalentProven track record in transactions gained within a large accountancy firmSolid financial due diligence experienceCommercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills If you are interested in discussing this further, please contact Claire Mason on +44 (0) or The Pro-Recruitment Group consists of four distinct brands: ProTax, ProLegal, ProFinance and ProHR
