Apply now An opportunity has arisen with a Top 10 firm of Chartered Accountants for an experience Transaction Services Associate Director, reporting directly to the Partner to join their south coast operation. This role will lead the execution of financial due diligence for both sides of financial acquisitions & supporting the team by establishing new client relationships. Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for; • Leading engagement processes directly accountable to the Partner• Leading teams on client site• Directing financial analysis for target businesses to be included in due diligence reports • Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisor's during execution of transactions • Reviewing, building and analysing financial models • Due Diligence report writing & presentation where necessary• Researching, preparing and supporting presentations to generate new business• Relationship building with potential clients and intermediaries (private equity houses, banks and corporates), including attending networking events where applicable • Coaching of others in the team & supporting wider service lines where necessary To be considered for this post the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate; • Graduate with a minimum 2:1 in an applicable subject, Qualified ACA or ACCA preferably with first time passes, and at least 3 years Post Qualification Experience, exposure to Due Diligence is expected. • Passion for and interest in understanding how businesses generate profit/cash• Self -starter with the ability to take the initiative and work to tight deadlines • Displays high level of accuracy, diligence and integrity • Commercially minded and a critical thinker • Able to form relationships with wide range of people and strong team player • Willing to travel as required This role is the ideal step for someone looking to make the transition in to a Director level role with a clear pathway that will be supported by a firm with a strong track record of promoting and developing exceptional talent.
