Apply now The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of the right solution for stakeholders, clients and partners. You will lead as the Project Manager for the entire training project lifecycle. Job Description: Leadership through each project phase from launch meeting to project closureResponsible for managing all training programme and project deliverablesCollaborate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to define client learning solutionsConsulting with clients regarding project scope, kick off meetings, training needs analysis, strategic reviews, reporting analysis etcManaging and developing stakeholder relationships at all levelsPrimary contact between the client and the companyManaging Technical and Subject Matter Expert Consultants and InstructorsManaging the production of final training content with the Custom Course SpecialistWorking collaboratively with the Client Solutions team on bids, proposals and cost modelsWorking with the Service Delivery Management team to ensure the delivery phase of programmes and projects are delivered on time and to budgetCreating and maintaining high quality training project control documentationReport progress and risks to Project Sponsors/Line of ManagementManaging the training project team members for each programme/projectIdentifying any cost efficiencies within each projectTrack project finances against budget and provide all necessary information to Finance to allow prompt and accurate invoicing Person Specification: Minimum two years within a service delivery project management training roleProven experience running and completing successful training projects on time, to budget and in scopeClient facing experience within a service delivery /project management roleAdept at working with key stakeholders within both clients, the business and 3rd party suppliersProduct development experienceExperience of problem resolutionAbility to work to tight deadlinesPrior experience in the training industry Additional Information: Based in LeatherheadCompetitive Salary23 days holiday plus bank holidays - rising with serviceContribution towards a gym membership of your choicePrivate health careContributory PensionSubsidized training coursesCar parking We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
