Expected Earnings: £39,500 1st year OTE, £57,000 2nd year OTE Location: London Company We are currently recruiting 5 trainee sales executives at one of the top fitness and wellbeing companies in the world. Now operating in 16 countries, we are an ambitious company and we are committed to training, so you'll be encouraged to improve your existing skills while you develop new ones. To generate sales, you will initially be given a 1 month multidimensional training program which will consist of role-plays and in classroom sessions. Having completed the training program you will then be given the opportunity to practice what you have learnt by making cold and warm calls to generate leads and sales. You will promote products to prospective clients at face-to-face client meetings and presentations. The company offers a lucrative package with uncapped sales commission in addition to a competitive £23,000 base salary. First year OTE are expected to exceed £37,000.
