Some of the key parts of being a recruiter; You'll learn how to build your own network and become confident with pitching to new clients, start generating leads, winning and writing new businessAs a Recruiter, your objective is to find the most suitable candidates that match your client's requirements. So attention to detail and being able to qualify/question is very important!The majority of your time will be spent in the office speaking to clients and candidates, but you'll also get the a chance to attend meetings and networking eventsYou will be working in a target-oriented environment with a competitive edge to itManage the full end-to-end recruitment process, alongside your Mentor, from facilitating the interview to ensuring the selection process provides our customers with the best possible result About you: We're looking for positive, ambitious and like-minded professionals who want to take ownership of their career and aren't afraid of hard work and earning money - but want to also have a lot of fun in the process.
