We are looking for a graduate or a confident college leaver to join our young, boutique IT Recruitment Agency at our offices in Waterloo. Founded in 2012, and previously being nominated for "Best New Agency" by the Recruiter Awards, we are a great company for you to embark on your first career in recruitment with. We are looking for someone who is confident, money-motivated and is willing to go the extra mile. A sense of humour is encouraged, too! We put a lot of emphasis on career development. You will work closely alongside a lead consultant, shadowing them and assisting with resourcing for live roles. Initially, your role will be a resourcing role and will focus on finding candidates for jobs but then it will develop in to a 360-degree position. This will enable you to learn the basics and become confident with the resourcing side of the role before having to manage the whole process independently. Then, as quickly as possible, usually between one to three months you'll be given the opportunity to do business development and build your own portfolio of clients completing your recruitment desk. You will also have the opportunity to work with Prism's Director and you will deliver candidates to some of the hottest tech businesses, as well as some of the UK's most well-known corporations and household names.
