Apply now Our client, who is a busy sales and lettings business in Farnborough, are looking for a trainee property manager to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career within the residential lettings industry and our client will be providing training.The role includes dealing with landlords and tenants (by phone, email and in person), arranging for repairs that are required to be completed, dealing with contractors, inspecting property, lodging and releasing deposits, negotiating deposit returns at the end of the tenancy and agreeing new tenancies/extensions etc.Therefore, the company is looking for a person with meticulous administration skills who has a mature attitude to work and is used to being able to deal with several duties at the same time in a calm and efficient manner.You will need to be articulate, well-presented, hard-working, willing to learn and be part of a team.You will need to demonstrate a track record of working within a position where the above requirements have been (in part at least) undertaken.This is a rarely available type of position and as previously mentioned a fantastic chance to begin your career within the lettings business.
