Based in St.Albans, you will be part of a team managing an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property across North London. You will be a recent graduate or currently work in a junior office role and ideally have had some work experience in the property industry. You will be hungry to learn and develop the skills required to become a successful Property Manager. Key Responsibilities Advertising properties to letDealing with tenant queriesConducting some viewingsManaging maintenance issuesDrawing up tenancy contractsConducting 'Right to rent' checksLiaising with Landlords and TenantsLiaising with contractorsArranging check ins, check outs and inventoriesDealing with company accountsCarrying out Property inspectionsOverseeing maintenance issues and tenant disputesServing section notices and dealing with rent arrearsCommercial property management The successful candidate should: Have an excellent telephone mannerBe polite, presentable and hardworkingBe highly organised and efficientAble to work well individually as well as within a teamStrong time managementHave excellent IT skillsAbility to solve problems You will receive training in all aspects of the property industry and we will support you in gaining industry standard ARLA qualifications. Although previous property industry experience would be an advantage, experience gained in a professional customer service environment is vital. You will conduct Property Visits and Inspections, so a Full UK Drivers licence is essential. (ideally you will also have your own car) Package for the Trainee Property Manager: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm £20,000 to £26,000 depending on relevant previous experience Full UK License is essential.
