Apply now Traffic Manager - Global Creative Production Agency Location: Surrey Salary: up to £42K, depending on experience I'm working with a Global Creative Production agency in the Surrey area who work with an impressive range of clients such as Google, Tommy Hilfiger, HSBC, PepsiCo and many more. They offer a complete range of services from digital, print, packaging, design and procurement and are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to assist with running the work through the studio. This role would be an excellent opportunity for a Senior Studio Operator / Senior Artworker who has traffic management responsibilities and is ready to take that step up! Alternatively applications are welcome from existing Traffic Managers or Project Managers who have technical knowledge and experience of being hands on in the studio. Role & Responsibilities: *Work within the Design team and manage all work through the Pre-Production department. *You will work closely with a team of Designers, Artworkers and Studio Manager to provide high quality creative solutions for a number of exciting brands. *Manage the design team and effectively engage, motivate and drive forward the strategy of the team assisting and escalating any queries as required. *Ensure all work is quality controlled throughout the entire process providing detailed feedback as necessary. *Assisting in decision making on processes and implement improvements to the existing traffic system Experience required: *Experience of working as a Traffic Manager or have traffic management capabilities. *Current or prior experience as a hands on Artworker / Designer / Mac Operator would be a huge advantage.*Can consider industry experience from a packaging, print, POS, digital or similar. *Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage deadlines.*Confident and pro-active in your approach *Excellent time keeping skills and able to prioritise within a busy studio environment If this challenging but rewarding opportunity is something you are interested in then please click apply or send over your CV to Milly at
