Apply now ORP are recruiting on behalf of a charity who seek a strong administrator to join their friendly, small team with co-ordinating works and projects. Must have excellent IT skills. Immediate start for a 3 months contract Hours: 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday To provide full administrative support and management information to managers, ensuring that the service is provided in line with organisational standards.To undertake administrative and co-ordination tasks in relation to a number of current projects including but not limited to a change in IT and HR provision, the set up of a new refuge property and changes to staffing.To with recruitment process including keeping track of applications, scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork for the Management Team.To liaise with Business Support officers, Management Team and other staff in relation to data and information needed to progress current projects.To assist the Business Development Manager with any administrative or research tasks and make contact with any potential external organisations as required.To provide first contact customer information to external queries and deal with customers in a professional manner over the phone or via e-mail.Liaise with suppliers and contractors and work alongside other staff in obtaining quotations for works required.To be responsible for regularly and systematically maintaining and updating systems, procedures and records both manual and in electronic format to enhance and support operations.Responsible for booking of appointments, meetings and diary entries on behalf of management team including travel arrangements.To organise training for staff and volunteers in accordance with agreed training needs and plans and to maintain an accurate training record for all staff.Assist with the co-ordinate and organise events including away day and fundraising events.
