In addition, you will be responsible for system design/ implementation, dealing with customer queries and issues. Your focus will be supporting the sales team and customers with complex matters in a professional manner whilst maintaining the brand.Duties and responsibilitiesProvide telephone support to customers experiencing technical difficulties with equipmentTest functionality of equipment and associates componentsCommunicate with customers in an efficient and professional mannerAttend product training on new releases of technologyDevelop good customer relationsLog all calls within management software (Sage CRM) and record detailed notesKey AttributesGood technical knowledge of IP networksPC literacyExcellent customer service skillsProblem solvingCCTV Installation/commissioningIP Networking Product knowledge of Hikvision equipment preferred but not essential
