The business is at the forefront of latest technology and with that in mind you will receive expert training in the sector including all processes and products in a varied role. On entry you will be trained in the following departments; goods in, picking, quality, assembly, repairs, testing, commissioning and installation as well as service.In this position you will deal with customers over the phone and via email giving support to rectify problems, reducing the need for engineers to attend breakdowns. You will also produce quotations, liaise with service engineers and arrange their visits and briefing them on the job ahead. To be considered for the role you will have previous engineering experience, and live within commutable distance to Crawley.
