Apply now Technical Support Advisor (French Speaking) Are you an experienced life scientist looking to utilise your scientific background in a career away from the laboratory? Our client is a world leading manufacturer of life science research and clinical diagnostic products. They are currently looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join them at their offices in Oxfordshire, who can confidently communicate in English and French to provide technical assistance for customers for their antibody product range. The role will primarily involve liaising with life science researchers and scientists in order to investigate and resolve customer enquiries efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction. The role will suit an individual with a strong technical scientific background in immunology with hands-on experience (using and troubleshooting) various immunological laboratory techniques, who will have the ability to solve customer's scientific issues relating to the product range as well as providing in-house technical assistance to colleagues. Role Requirements Educated to degree level or higher (PhD's preferred) in a life science related disciplineExcellent communication skills and fluent in English and French (written and spoken)Some laboratory experience with focus on immunology/ immunological techniques involving antibodies e.g. Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Western blot and ELISA
