Apply now Our Client is a leading speciality distributor and exclusive UK representative of major manufacturers of raw materials and technical services to the Personal Care and Cosmetic Industries. They are now seeking a Technical Sales Executive - Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients. This position will be home based with regular travel. Candidates will ideally be based in the North / Midlands. Key Responsibilities You will build upon the existing customer base and develop new sales.You will work independently, drawing upon technical and commercial support from a dedicated team of professionalsApply your technical knowledgeCommercially aware; you will achieve sales in a highly competitive marketDevelop long-term relationships with customers in a dynamic environmentDeliver a first class service to customers Qualifications and Experience Strong technical background with a BSc (or equivalent) in a Science subjectKnowledge of Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients would be advantageousSome experience in Technical Sales is desirable but not essential as full training will be givenOR you will be a Development Chemist / Formulation Chemist within the Personal Care / Cosmetic industry with a scientific background and the desire to pursue a career in technical sales A passion for travelling to visit customers selling and promoting personal care / cosmetic ingredientsExcellent communication skillsTenacity and self-relianceOrganisedSelf-motivated and enthusiasticFull UK driving license In return, our Client is offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) per annum basic plus car, bonus and benefits.
