Apply now This is a diverse, cross functional role that will involve delivering innovative end to end packaging solutions for a fast growing FMCG business. You will need a strong technical background, as well as good project management skills as this role will involve liaising with a number of different functions. Client Details The business are a rapidly growing FMCG business that are genuinely innovating their sector. Although they are now considered to be a medium sized business, they have very much maintained their SME culture, and as such, you will need to be someone that is a starter-finisher and enjoys working in a relatively flat structure. Description You will be responsible for driving the technical development and delivery of different packaging formats, including arranging trials and commissioning new packaging equipment and lines. You will be project managing effectively, ensuring cross functional cooperation, communicating with internal teams, suppliers and manufacturing sites to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Profile Technical knowledge of product and packaging development.Experience of new product technical development from concept to launch, working cross functionally.Drive and enthusiasm to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with a variety of different stakeholders.
