Apply now Technical Customer Support, French-speaking, London, £35,000, Immediate Start!Our client, a leading Consultancy company based in a fantastic office in Canary Wharf, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their business, initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis (with every possibility of being made permanent after the 12 months!).Our client offer a range of business-critical service solutions covering legal, tax, audit, compliance and financial services, and work alongside a host of clients globally. A massive company, our client employ close to 15,000 staff in over 40 countries, with over 3,000 FTE in the UK. Due to their international presence, they are actively seeking a French-speaking candidate to join their team immediately. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: Providing telephone support to internal and external clients on technical and application support to customersDealing with clients over emailLiaising with clients in both French and EnglishUpdating and maintaining product and process documentationGeneral administrative dutiesEnsuring customer satisfaction and organisational successRecording all call information on a CRM systemHandling troubleshooting queries and escalations/complaintsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:Fluency in both French and English (both written and verbal)Experience in handling high volume customer calls and emailsDealing with technical queries over the phone and email (IMPORTANT!)Articulate, professional telephone mannerB2B customer service experienceAny candidates with experience of working with SAP, or with experience of working in a service position within a legal/billing environment will be preferred.Our client are offering an extremely competitive £35,000 salary, and the guarantee of a minimum 12 month fixed-term contract. It is likely that both roles will be made permanent after the 12 month period, however the security of the year-long contract is definite.
