This is a fast-growing organisation with some serious financial backing, a company that has already been voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK and which are currently using Salt to hire over 13 positions in the next 2 months Desired Skills and Experience Experience in user story and feature production, Epics Identify and resolve issues with dependencies and conflicting requirements, dealing with pain points, and translating them into business opportunitiesTakes a hands-on approach to work across the entire product lifecycle from stakeholder analysis, user stories to product & feature delivery working closely with technical engineering teamsExperience troubleshooting business systems issuesExposure to programming languages would be a benefit but not essentialExperience with SQL Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate; across functional areas
