We currently require a Campaign Team Leader to be based in our Head Office in Swindon (Thursday - Monday). The role will involve providing support to the Campaign Manager working within the Campaign Department. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department at weekendsResponsible for contacting weekend field staff to ensure they are in storeSupport campaign activity from execution to completionProvide administrative support in the running of the departmentSupport booking activity across all regions and Client AccountsWork with the Campaign Team to identify missing key skills in their regionsChase data updating all records as necessaryWork closely with the Campaign Team to ensure everyone is working towards a consistent goalTo work and remain motivated in a fast paced business environment, be flexible, proactive and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisationTo conduct the necessary quality checks to ensure all field activity is conducted to the highest levelTo give full and active support to promotional events, including booking field staffTo maintain an organised office Key Skills and Experience: A background in call centre roles or recruitment preferred but not essentialGood knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookA confident telephone manner which reflects the company's aim to present both a professional and human faceExcellent organisation and time management skills - with the ability to meet deadlines.
