A strategic outlook is needed to style at this level, so the ideal candidate will already be in a senior styling position, working with teams to develop and adhere to styling guides. Preferably management experience will have been gained in previous roles as this role oversees a team. A luxury understanding is essential as well as a commercial outlook that allows you to deliver high quality results under time constraints.
