Apply now System Test Lead Poole Salary: Competitive + Benefits You're a System Test Lead who has held the responsibility of creating and managing a successful and sustainable test function throughout the full life-cycle of testing phases. You are well versed in both manual and automated test and have demonstrated strong leadership skills, complimenting your technical background. In this role of System Test Lead your duties will include: Leading the Test Team for one of their regional test teams coordinating the creation of test scenario and scriptsEmbed best practice and quality improvementsTaking ownership of all test phases, continuously reviewing and producing updated test schedulesBuilding relationships with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely updates, facilitating project decision makingReporting, recording and analysis, including maintaining and championing guidance on any bespoke test documentationOverseas travel to your region as required You will need to possess the following skills/attributes: The ability to demonstrate your experience of leading test teamsSoftware testing lifecycle experience using "V Model" and agile approachesISEB/ISTQB Qualification (or equivalent)Manual and test automation experience of Web Portal technologies (Selenium)Working examples of enabling/promoting continuous improvementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh standard of written EnglishAccuracy and attention to detailFlexibility and willingness to travel overseas as and when deemed necessary Keywords: System Test Lead, Test Lead, Lead Test Analyst, Software Tester, Lead Software Tester, Automated, Selenium.
