As the Supporter Relations Manager, you will work closely not only within your team, but in all areas within the organisation to support and instil continuous improvement and ensure that internal support is being achieved to a first-rate standard. You will be communicating with senior managers to establish direct objectives and KPIs, as well as motivating your team to generate an enthusiastic and proactive team culture. Key skills and experience needed for the Supporter Relations Manager Experience with continuous improvement and/or other change management process approaches.Proven background in fundraising, charity and non-for-profit and communicating with stakeholders at a variety of senior levels.Creating and executing performance management frameworks including tracking, measurement and analysis, as well as explanation of KPIs.An ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at Senior Management Level.
