Apply now Location: Poole - great office environment with free parking on site! Salary: Salary circa £20,000 DOE We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy Poole based team. The role will be varied and include the following duties: Investigating delivery or stock issues in response to reports from the Customer services teamAdjusting stock levels following reported amendmentsMonitoring picking/shipping/booking in process to ensure SLA's are adhered toInitiating backlog action plans and keeping the organisation updated with progress Assist in resolving delivery issues as necessary and escalating to the relevant informationActing as the first point of contact for retailers and Returns team Performing weekly stock discrepancy checks, investigating and correcting issuesAdjusting stock levels as requiredAssisting with transfer of stock between Head Office and main warehouseAssisting with stock take process The ideal candidate will have previous supply chain or stock control experience as well key skills as follows: Proficient Excel skills - this role will see the candidate working with spreadsheets on a daily basis, so a confident understanding of formulas, etc. would be expected.High level of administrative skills and the ability to learn new processes and procedures quicklyExceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-taskHigh level of numeracy skills as well as an analytical mindSelf-motivated, with an assertive manner - often required to stand your own within your role.
