Key Responsibilities You will bridge between the technical developers and the business who are responsible for setting the requirementsSuccessFactors implementation and configuration experienceSuccessFactors in the future product of SAP, a cloud-base HCM which comes in individual models so for this role they will need someone with experience in the Learning, PM (Performance Management), GM (Goal Management), Succession and Calibration modules.You need to understand the configuration of these modules, how to upload and build the systemMove onto the SuccessFactors product so the role will involve a lot of retrofittingResponsible for running workshops and completing system testingBe a strong lead that can work with a lot of autonomy and initiative with the ability to spot problems and rectify them quickly Required Skills Proven SuccessFactors Business Analyst implementation support experience or similar with the following modules: Learning, Succession, Calibration - Performance Management and Goal ManagementDemonstrated professional experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configuration ideally from a broadcast or media companyProfessional experience working with SAP HCM McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, sexuality, gender identification, or physical ability.
