The clothing has been worn proudly for the past 90 years, by some of the world's most stylish men such as creative professionals, musicians and opinion leaders. You will be an enthusiastic, committed and passionate Store Manager, who has previous experience of managing a team well. You will be passionate about the brand, be able to drive sales in a charismatic and energetic way, as you will have the opportunity to create the store as your own.This is a permanent, full time position with a salary between £23,000 - £25,000 per anum, PLUS BONUS. Key responsibilities as a Store Manager: ? Driving an exceptional customer service experience? Leading your team to exceed sales targetsKPI's and personal goals? Training, coaching and developing your team? Setting objectives for team, reviewing performance against set objectives? Utilising commercial reports to make decisions promote the brand and increase sales? Hosting customer events, brand events and identifying local marketing opportunities? Drive the marketing and sales through various platforms of Social Media ? Liaising with head office teams, and your Area Manager? Managing retail standards across the store through the team? Reviewing competitor activity and developing strategies accordingly Key Skills required as a Store Manager: ? Highly desirable to have previous Store Manager experience ? Commercially driven and results focused.? Ability to motivate a team? Excellent communication skills? Strong Leadership and motivational skills ?
