We are looking for a business orientated Retail Store Manager with sound knowledge of the lingerie business and previous experience within this sector. Yamamay is an emerging Italian brand leader within the lingerie sector and this is a great opportunity to be part of their launch within the UK.Yamamay was born in 2001 from a Gianluigi Cimmino's idea. You will be a dynamic individual with powerful leading and management skills. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, be well organised, friendly and have the ability to work at a fast pace. As Store Manager of Yamamay at this London location, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales and profitability goals, managing and motivating the staff and you will lead by example. You will be responsible for the optimisation of the business profitability, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through the provision of excellent service, meeting the sales goals via training, motivating, mentoring and supporting the sales staff. You will ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures and complete the store administration tasks. You will maintain an outstanding store condition and ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld inline with company guidelines. Your will possess the ability to carry out all tasks required including but, not limited to the following:Sales Management (KPI) - turnover, corporate identity, replenishment.Organisation and Human Resources Management (HR) - training, development, coaching.Corporate Assets Management - administration procedures, consumable materials, safety regulations, stock takes, staff rotas.The right to work within the UK is ESSENTIAL to this role.
