Trading in the UK and in 18 other countries, this retailer has 250 UK stores and concessions and a fast-growing online presence. With recent investment that will accelerate their growth, they are in an enviable position within the industry, and now is an exciting time to get on board with them. With year to date sales increase of 25%, and 14 new stores planned for 2018, do you want to be part of their continued success? We're looking for a Store Manager to join the business and to open a brand-new store. Store Managers for this retailer are hands on and are expected to be on the shop floor leading by example as much as possible. You will motivate and inspire your team to sell and deliver an excellent customer experience ensuring that your store achieves KPIs, generates strong sales and makes a profit. You will have an eye for fashion and current trends and whilst you will work to visual merchandising guidelines you will have the opportunity to demonstrate commercial flair and react to your local market. You'll need to know what your customers want. This role is ideal for an experienced Store Manager looking for a new challenge or an exceptional Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager from a flagship store looking for a first appointment opportunity. You will have experience within retail management and be able to demonstrate knowledge and passion for fashion.
