Apply now Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Site Operations Administrator to work for a very well established and reputable Travel organisation based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The main purpose of the Site Operations Administrator role is to provide day-to-day management of the Late Notice / Early Departure policy with customers, supporting customers and working closely with colleagues including the Site Operations Manager, site staff, and Regional Managers. The Site Op's Administrator will also administer and support the Regional staff, administer all aspects of booking processes and provide support to Site Operations Department colleagues, covering absences and seasonal variations in workload. Other duties and responsibilities will include: Provide first line support to the Site Network and EGH staff for all Early Departure mattersConsider override appeals received from customers/guests and communicate the decision accordingly, arranging refunds as necessaryIdentify potential changes to Early Departure processes & procedures Ensure that compliments and complaints relating to Early Departures are logged and managed in line with company guidelines/standardsHave a full understanding of the Late Cancellation Policy and head office procedures, and liaise with the Sites Admin team as necessaryProvide administrative support the volunteer networkSet up and arrange volunteer meetings as requiredProvide support to the Site Co-ordinator in responding to enquiries from customersProduce statistics on all areas of responsibility as requestedAssist the Site Operations Manager with any ad-hoc mini projects as requiredProactively offer support to Site Operations colleagues to assist in the coverage of roles as required, during periods of absence and changes in the team's workload. Skills and experience required for the Site Op's Admin role: Proven experience working in a similar roleConfident, empathetic approach to customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience of dealing with queries and complaints, both verbally and in writingAble to prioritise effectively and work to deadlinesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or GSuite applicationsAbility to work individually and as a full team playerExcellent interpersonal skills Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to contact short-listed candidates
