The company have over 80 years' experience in the construction industry and work on a number of varied and high end multi-million-pound projects. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings are completed to quality and within the timescale. Your main responsibilities will be: Manage projects consistently to achieve or better targets with timescales and customer satisfactionPrepare progress reportsManage sub-contractors and materialsLiaise with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costsAssess and minimise risk In return, the company can offer: Exciting and varied projectsCompany car allowanceGreat working environment To be successful, you must have a Black Management CSCS card, SMSTS, be a qualified First Aider and have a HNC (or equivalent) in Construction Related Discipline.
