Apply now I am currently working with the New Build Residential sector of a National Tier 1 Contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager. You will be the number 1 on site heading up a large scale development in the East Riding of Yorkshire, through to completion. Duties: Supervise and manage trades and labour.Supervise all other on-site staff.Communication with the contracts manager.Ensuring strict Health & Safety on site.Ensuring all phases are completed within schedule. You must have: SMSTS.CSCS.First Aid.Experience in new build residential developments.
