Apply now The Client is looking for a Permanent Site Based Project Manager. The job is due to go live in May but they would start someone a month prior in April. With regards to the location of the Candidate, the ideal location would be the Midlands so they can access the office when required however they have candidates based all over the country, so it isnt essential that they are based local. The first project is on a new build leisure complex in Dorset in their town centre.It will be 12 months long and will be valued around £10m They are doing the new build shell.The Project Manager will manage the full team, they will liase with the design manager, produce progress reports,liase with the client, do the programming, do the team meetings. They will have support from a QS but they must be commercially aware aswell. The Candidate for the role must have experience running jobs up to the value of £15m.
