Apply now We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Shopping Centre Professional to manage, lead and deliver all aspects for a leading Shopping Centre in Winsford. This key position will lead all aspects of delivery for the scheme including: - Driving high standards of Customer Service / Quality across all areasEnsure operational quality in all areas (security/cleaning/customer services/ FM)Engagement with key stakeholders and town centre partnersFull Service Charge/Budget management, reporting & deliveryLead and manage all retailer engagement, relationships and communicationWork on delivery of project works / building works Close liaison with Lead Surveyor and ClientContract management delivery for all servicesEnsure the site is fully compliant in all areas (H&S)Relationship management with key external partnersMaximise Marketing & Commercialisation Opportunities This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to continue or take their next step within the Shopping Centre industry.
