Apply now AVENUE is the leading provider of Mediation, Counselling and Child Contact in Northeast Scotland. We work with everyone from children to grandparents, supporting couples and families through times of change, difficulties and conflict. This is a new and challenging opportunity to manage and support our service provision across the Northeast. We are looking for someone who is confident and motivated, with excellent people skills. You must have management experience with a focus on quality assurance. To fit the bill, you will be seeking a demanding position, have a proven track record of managing people, the ability to undertake multiple tasks, resolve problems, and inspire trust. You will be answerable to the Chief Executive and will play a key role in operational strategy, supporting the CEO to deliver a high quality service to our clients and stakeholders. The post is based in Aberdeen, with one day per week in our Peterhead Office and a monthly visit to our Elgin Office.
