Apply now Service Delivery Manager - Oil & Gas - Staines -£50,000-£60,000 + Benefits A leader within the oil & gas sector are searching for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team located in Staines. The Role Working both on and off site, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operational service delivery within the client's Upstream Oil & Gas division, with the primary focus being customer satisfaction. As the Service Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to: Service Reporting - content gathering and report productionService Risk Management - maintaining a controlled view on all risks associated with service delivery and developing mitigation strategiesService Performance Review - meeting with key customer stakeholders and sponsors to determine performance levels, understand challenges and undertake service planning activitiesService Planning and Change Management - managing change within a service through the introduction of new personnel or the movement of existing team membersTeam Management - facilitating effective team interaction through the management of initiativesIdentification of Business Development Opportunities - working with Account Leaders to build new service propositionsQuality Management - running and developing quality management processes within the context of service deliverables About You The suitable candidate will have strong Project / Service Delivery Management experience, ideally within the context of an Upstream Oil and Gas Service provider. You'll be an excellent relationship builder with the ability to understand the concerns and motivations of both customer and service personnel. You will have a solid understanding of ITIL or other best practice service management frameworks, as well as excellent soft skills with the ability to convey technical and solution understanding to customers and service personnel.
