My client is notorious for its beautiful Footwear and accessories brand that is edgy yet super contemporary. With a truly unique statement, we are looking for fashion savy senior Managers looking to develop a career long term within luxury. Managing a team of 15 and a £10 Million Turnover you must be a commercial driven manager with experience managing a volume turnover within luxury retail. Managing a strong dynamic team you will be inspire and motivate your team whilst building strong relationships and networking to increase revenue and footfall. Responsibilities: *Ensure the highest standard of customer service in line with Company Standards is delivered by all sales staff at all times. *Respond to and deal with any customer complaints and compliments in a professional and timely fashion. * Responsible for the day to day management of staff ensuring good team spirit and motivation. * You must have at least 2 years management experience to be considered from Premium or luxury retail. *Deliver luxury retail and visual standards across the store. *Ensure that all staff maintain and keep up to date their client books up to date and maintain regular contact with top clients to help increase customer loyalty. *You will be pro-active, a quick thinker, has pace and energetic who is personable but can challenge expectations of the team driving turnover. In return my client is paying salaries £28,000 plus bonus ,Private Medical benefits and holidays.
