The Senior Regulatory Consultant will be responsible for regulatory analysis on issues impacting the business and ensuring that regulatory compliance is embedded in the operations. This will include; Analysis, and guidance of key regulations such as CMA Order, PSD2, EBA Regulatory Technical Standards and guidelinesSupporting thought leadership and decision making that ensures the business meets the requirements of different regulators, stakeholders and customers The Senior Regulatory Consultant will have an in-depth understanding of the UK and EU regulatory landscape impacting the business and the successful applicant will demonstrate a specialist understanding of; Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) and PSD2 Account Information Service Providers (AISP) and Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISP) and how both parties interact with Account Servicing Payment Service Providers (ASPSPs) If you demonstrate the required skills and experience and wish to learn more about this opportunity, then please apply now.
