There are a variety of projects that the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on mainly in the residential and commercial sectors. Including new build and high end refurbishment work, so previous experience in those fields would be ideal. Joining as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you shall provide both pre and post contract roles with guidance from an Associate Director. You will also be responsible for running projects from inception through to completion.
