Apply now An opportunity for a freelance / contract Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30M fit-out project has become available in London.The project is part of the prestigious Crossrail project and will run for 12months.The RoleWorking as an integral part of a four strong commercial team and reporting into the Commercial Manager your duties will include:Sub-contract management, identification of risk, change management, reporting and providing guidance to junior members of the QS team.The contract is administered under NEC 3 conditions.Experience RequiredSuitable applicants will be educated to a minimum of HNC/D level in Quantity Surveying or similar. You will be able to demonstrate a stable track record of commercial success gained working on fit-out, building or external works packages. Any experience of fit-out within a rail environment will be advantageous but is not essential.
