Apply now Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Property manager with drive and a can-do attitude, to work autonomously within an established Estate and Lettings Agency, based in Notting Hill. The property manager must have excellent organisation and time management skills, have good knowledge of Letting Laws and housing regulations and be generally computer literate. The property manager must be well presented, professional, articulate, and be able to make quick decisions, whilst upholding high levels of customer service. A background in property management (within a Lettings/Estate Agency ) is essential for this role Main Duties: Prepare properties for letting and move inReceive and action maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors, Arrange appropriate quotations, ensuring landlords' approval is obtainedSecure additional funds from landlords for maintenance issues where requiredKeep control of Landlord costs and check quality of contractor workRespond to telephone and mail enquiries Liaise between contractors & tenantsArrange Gas Safety Checks & RenewalsArrange electrical safety checks & RenewalsArrange and carry out property inspections Submit inspection reports to Landlords and follow up on any identified issues highlighted Negotiate end of tenancy deposit claims between landlord and tenants following check outManage property insurance claimsInspect properties under your portfolio Ability to put in processes Salary: £25 - £28k per annum Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm You will have a minimum of 3 years experience Must be able to use CFP confidently Be professional and approachable Friendly and happy go lucky personality Be a problem solver
