Job Title: Senior Project Manager Reports to: Client UK&I Account Director Location: Dublin Role Purpose Achieve successful delivery of all project management, MAC and construction services to Client in UK and provide leadership for all projects to provide customer and account team with single point of contact for all projects and ensure consistency, accountability and control of projects across client portfolio. Maintain and develop close liaison with colleagues in Engineering Operations, to deliver a seamless service that exceeds their increasing expectations. Play an active role in and contribute appropriately to the leadership team of the Client account. Track record of successfully managing large complex projects (up to $10M) with extensive hands-on project management experience within Construction / FM industry. Customer awareness and relationship management skills. Ability to identify the need for and successfully manage change. Ability to communicate across all levels of the business including effective written and oral communication. Demonstrate previous experience of business development and accountability for financial success. A minimum of 10 years' experience working for blue chip companies in a customer facing capacity. Bachelor's Degree; Chartered Building Surveyor; CIOB, Chartered Engineer (Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and/or Civil Good IT skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, MS Outlook). GCSEs - Maths and English language minimum C grade Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
