Apply now Senior Product Manager required to help build the largest global testing platform in the world - to establish a data-led view of the tester community, and use that data to lead a cross-functional team that will improve tester acquisition, onboarding, training and retention. You will define the long-term strategy and associated KPIs to build the biggest and best pool of professional testers. User focused, you will truly understand what drives testers to work with the company and use that knowledge to develop a value proposition that ensures testers won't want to work for anyone else. You will work with data daily to see where the community needs to be based on customer demand, and create an experience that nurtures the highest quality testers. Training and retention strategies will need to be implemented to provide the best experience possible for both tester and customer. The need for strong leadership and communication skills are key as Senior Product Manager to enable you to lead a cross functional team as well as work effectively with stakeholder management.
