Apply now Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Platforms, the Senior Product Lead will guide the delivery of the most innovative consumer engagement platform. The platform aims to simplify the relationship between consumers and the services that support their homes by engaging them in a journey to understand, gain control and optimise their budgets. We are looking for a senior Product Manager who can hit the ground running, be used to working in fast paced and agile environments, take responsibility for delivering business outcomes and passionate about what they do. We are seeking someone who is both entrepreneurial and practical with a talent for delivering digital transformation while also developing and deploying online consumer engagement strategies. This is a senior role with the opportunity to grow. Self motivated and self sufficient, you will be able to manage multiple projects with a focus on outcomes and delivery. As part of the Digital Platform leadership team you will help to lead the thinking on the product strategy for the Digital platform based on solving customer problems and delivering value to the business. You will own the digital product roadmap for the business and be accountable for collaborating with the Engineers and the Designers to deliver the platform vision. You will also have an excellent understanding of product management principles along with experience of translating complex business requirements into product roadmaps and definitions. The role day to day Development and ongoing management of a digital product architecture and product roadmapSpecific responsibility for managing backlogs, making priority calls and communicating these across the businessWork with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and ensure these are properly reflected in the product plansCollaborate with all areas of the business including Operations, Sales, Marketing and TechnologyWork closely with our retail product managers in Energy and Telco to maximise value to the business and the customer, of other available products and servicesCollaborate closely with all other areas in the Digital Platform Team to ensure the product and customer experience vision is delivered, optimising delivery of value to the business at all timesEnsure experimentation is at the heart of all development; building and testing hypotheses to get the best customer experience and value to the businessCurate individual product roadmaps and relevant artefacts, including MRDs, PRDs, UX/UI mock-ups, product guides, demos, strategy presentations and pitchesMonitor the competitive landscape to ensure our products lead the way; keep on top of the digital landscape, opportunities, what is working and what isn'tManagement of a small team of talented Product ManagersSome visits to Krakow will be required.
