We are seeking an experienced Analyst with strong technical skills and the ability to motivate and train a small team for an independent Marketing agency specialising in the retail sector. The role: You will oversee the delivery of ad-hoc analysis for clients, assigning resource and agreeing project objectivesYou will research and propose new methodologies & solutions and lead development on themYou will develop consultancy skills and form strong relationships with clientsYou'll provide coaching and training for your team and look for ways to make the department more efficient Your skills: Data manipulation: analysing large volumes of data - experience in SQL is idealExperience of SPSS Modeller or SAS preferredExperience in building predictive models and/or segmentation solutionsWorking knowledge of another programming language a distinct advantage: R, Python, VBA, C#Advanced Excel and PowerPointAbility to develop team of analysts Interested in hearing more?
