Apply now Senior Lettings Negotiator - Canada Water up to £20,000 basic + Commission OTE £45,000 + Car Our Client is looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to for their office in Canada Water. You will have at least 2 years' experience and possess excellent customer care skills, they will be used to dealing with a number of Landlords, tenants and suppliers. The person will deliver on their target and generate new business. Key Responsibilities: ·Deliver outstanding customer service internally and externally ·Secure new business ·Meet agreed targets ·Conduct viewings with the aim to close the deal ·Provide regular landlord feedback ·Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants ·Communicate with the PM and Administration team to ensure deal progression and move in run without error ·Renewals of tenancies Key Skills: ·Have worked within the industry for at least 2 years ·Market knowledge with preferable knowledge of SE16 (but not necessary) ·People skills and a high standard of customer service ·Ability to negotiate ·Team player with the ability to work individually ·Idea generating with the ability to implement Salary up to £20k basic OTE £45k Company car (after probation) Company pension plus other company benefits If you are interested in this Senior Lettings Negotiator position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
